Below is my photo record of the Carr Family cemetery plot at historic Maplewood Cemetery in Durham, North Carolina.

I told my version of the story of the eternal love that Gen. Julian S. Carr had for his beloved wife, Nannie Graham Carr, on my "No Greater Love" Page, click here to go to that page . Below are some archival photos of the Carr Family plot; click on the thumbnails shown to go to their larger original versions which are normally about 200K each in size, respectively; all photos were taken in early 2005 . . . if you'd like to visit it at Maplewood Cemetery in Durham, North Carolina, here's a link to its location courtesy of GoogleMaps . As you turn off of Morehead Avenue onto Kent Street, make your first right into the first open gate, go about two hundred yards and you'll see the Carr Family plot on your left at the first crossing of paved cemetery roads; park at the left-hand cattycorner across from it is best, you can't miss it once you go through the gate.

Please feel free to email me with any further questions you might have, I'm here to help!
