All works on this site have been created by myself, H. Kent Craig, unless otherwise noted, with the exception of clipart which I either own, own the rights to by virtue of a EULA or outright purchase or believe to be in the public domain. If you run across any creative depictions on this site which you believe you own the copyright(s) to, please contact me immediately and I’ll remove them from this site within twenty-four hours.

Files such .mp3, .wav and other sound files as well as .jpg and .gif and .bmp and other image files may have enhanced copyright protection embedded in them by use of steganographic software watermarks which allow proof of original authorship (mine) and copyright protection by outside means other than the original copyright filing for same. These steganographically embedded watermarks will not affect playing quality if within sound files nor viewability if within image files.

I hereby grant any autonomous individual who visits my website a non-exclusive grantee license to download, save, and use any file available on this website for their own personal use, fee gratis. If an individual wishes to repost any original creation from this website to their own personal non-commercial website, while I am liberal in granting such permission, I do reserve the right to allow or not said permission(s) and require an individual to contact me, ask and receive permission before doing so.
